KAC Education Donation Policy
Supporting Arts Education Through Generosity

KAC is grateful for the support of our community! Donations help us provide quality educational experiences in painting, drawing, pottery, and printmaking. To ensure all materials are safe, functional, and useful for our programs, please review the following donation guidelines.

While we appreciate your support, KAC reserves the right to decline, redistribute, or dispose of any items we cannot use, in line with our mission and limited storage capacity.

What We Gladly Accept

  • Gently used or new books related to art, ceramics or arts education
  • Classroom and art supplies in good, working condition (e.g. paints, brushes, clay tools, palettes)
  • Unopened school supplies such as pens, notebooks, glue, markers, paper, etc.
  • Clean, crack-free storage containers or bins

What We’re Unable to Accept

  • Broken, stained, dried-out, or incomplete materials or tools
  • Well worn art tools, materials and partially used sketchpads
  • Furniture, electronics, or technology without prior approval
  • Hazardous chemicals – solvents and mediums, fixatives, printmaking acids

Important Note

All donations must be approved in advance.
Please do not leave items at KAC without confirmation.
