The Kirkland Arts Center Annual Report celebrates the people, programs, partnerships, and community support that make our work possible. Each year, KAC provides opportunities for people of all ages and experience levels to learn, create, exhibit, and connect through the visual arts.
Our annual report provides a look at KAC’s impact throughout Kirkland and the Greater Seattle area. From classes and workshops in ceramics, painting, drawing, printmaking, and mixed media to gallery exhibitions, artist talks, community celebrations, and special events, our programs create opportunities for thousands of people to experience the arts.
Kirkland Arts Center believes access to the arts strengthens individuals and communities. In addition to classes and workshops, we offer free gallery exhibitions and public programs. We also provide scholarships to help reduce financial barriers and partner with community organizations to bring creative experiences to more people.
Our work is made possible by students, instructors, artists, volunteers, donors, community partners, foundations, businesses, and public agencies that believe in the importance of the arts.
Kirkland Arts Center has called the historic Peter Kirk Building home since 1962. Preserving this Kirkland landmark remains an important part of our work. We continue to improve accessibility, classrooms, studios, and public spaces so KAC can serve the community for generations to come.
We invite you to explore the Kirkland Arts Center Annual Report to learn more about our programs, accomplishments, community impact, and the generous support that sustains our mission.
Our annual reports help tell the story of an organization committed to arts education, creative engagement, historic preservation, and community connection. They also demonstrate the important role our supporters play in making our work possible.
Together, we are creating a place where art connects us.
