The Kirkland Arts Center was an awesome location for my real estate class. I loved the location, the staff were very helpful, and the ability to bring in our own food and wine was exactly what we needed. I will absolutely use their venue again!
Our experience with KAC was amazing. They were so flexible with our community’s needs and worked hard to make sure we understood all facets of the art gallery beforehand. Our event went off without a hitch! We are so grateful for KAC’s willingness to open their doors to us.
Rent a Piece of History!
The landmark Peter Kirk Building is available for weddings, social gatherings, holiday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, team building events, business meetings, and more. KAC’s Gallery, Turret Room, and studios are available for rent when classes are not in session.

We do not have an in-house caterer, either. We often recommend Lynn’s Bistro or Twelve Baskets Catering, both of which are located nearby and have catered events at KAC in the past.
Users are expected to leave the facility in the same condition as they found it at the time of rental. A $200 cleaning fine will be added if the kitchen or any other space is not satisfactorily cleaned after use. This fine will automatically be charged to the credit card number provided unless paid immediately after the event.
Renters are responsible for any damage to the Arts Center and its contents, including equipment, supplies, art, etc. Renters agree to compensate KAC for any damages that occur during the event. Use of any KAC supplies/items must be arranged at the time of rental and is dependent on availability.
