Curated by Pat Colyar

This exhibition showcases the strong legacy of the Ceramics program at the Kirkland Arts Center. From the beginning of the organization in 1962, pottery and clay sculpture were major components of classes and studio work. Shown here are both old and new works from artists past and present.

Early teachers such as Regnor Reinholdtsen influenced many, many artists, who have gone on to exhibit nationally and internationally, and to teach classes and workshops worldwide. The ceramics program at Kirkland Arts Center is stronger than ever, with waiting lists for most classes.

Gallery fall hours as of right now are Thursday and Friday noon to 6, Saturday afternoons by appointment.  No more than 12 visitors at a time, masks required.  Large groups are encouraged to make weekend appointments.
