Community Bead Project

From the opening of Clay? VI on June 17 to Kirkland Summerfest on August 12-13, visitors and students of KAC are invited to create handmade clay beads as part of the Community Bead Project.

At stations in the Gallery and in our ceramics classes, clay and tools are provided for people to express their creativity for the enjoyment of others. The beads will be collected and shared with the community at KAC’s booth at Kirkland Summerfest, where visitors can string original jewelry using the beads made by others in the Kirkland community.

View our Gallery hours or learn more about our ceramics classes.

Free to the public. Part of KAC’s Summer of Clay series.
