The Kirkland Arts Center’s 2019 Holiday Art Market runs in the main gallery space from November 29th through December 8th. The hours of the market will be 11am – 6pm, Monday through Friday and 11am – 5pm on Saturdays and Sundays. This festive market has grown from a one day student show into a popup showcase of local handmade gifts.

Kirkland Arts Center students, instructors, and members within the last 2 years are welcome to apply. Sales will be run through a central checkout with KAC receiving a 40% commission and collecting 10% sales tax to be remitted by KAC. There are no table fees; artwork will be displayed as a cohesive store with back stock inventory at the staff’s discretion. Artists are not required to provide display furniture, but may as needed for the enhancement of their work’s presentation. All items must be for sale. Set up and drop off of work for the Holiday Art Market will be on 11/21, 11/22, and 11/25. In addition to setting up and taking down their own work, artists participating in HAM are required to contribute their time as a market volunteer (or provide a representative volunteer) for half a day (3.5 hours), no exceptions. All sales will be calculated after the end of the market and checks will be mailed by the end of December.
Space is limited; acceptance into the market will be through KAC staff jurying.
