Yulia Chubotin received her formal art education in the former Soviet Union and holds an MFA in painting from Kiev State Art Institute, Ukraine. In addition to Kirkland Arts Center, Yulia also teaches at Northwest Yeshiva High School, Pratt Fine Arts Center, and Seattle Central Community College.
